These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ApiThings services, including the artificial intelligence agents symbolize.io, ordain.ai, and teamwith.ai (collectively referred to as "the Services"), which are operated by ApiThings ("we", "us", or "our"), located at 4 Rue de la République, 69001 Lyon, France, with SIRET number 89025118400010 and VAT number FR87890251184.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

ApiThings provides AI-driven solutions through three distinct agents:
- symbolize.io: An AI-powered Chief Marketing Officer specializing in content creation, optimization, and analytics.
- ordain.ai: An AI-powered compliance assistant focused on navigating AI and SaaS regulations in Europe.
- teamwith.ai: An AI-powered product development and strategy assistant to optimize product offerings and strategic direction.
Each agent offers specialized services accessible via their respective landing pages and integrated into the ApiThings platform.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Services by any third party. This includes conduct which is unlawful, or which may harass or cause distress or inconvenience to any person, the transmission of obscene or offensive content, or disruption to the Services.

All intellectual property rights in the Services and in the material published on it are owned by us or our licensors. You are permitted to use these assets in accordance with these Terms, but nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
